Terms of sale.
Version of 9 October 2026. The Italian version prevails in case of doubt.
1. Seller
EMS Training Academy courses and licences are sold by Well-Tec S.a.s. di Mario Vella & C., VAT IT06655120480, Via del Ronco Corto 13C, 50143 Florence, Italy, email info@emstrainingacademy.com.
2. What you buy
The online course Level I · EMS Coach includes 5 video modules, the final online exam, a digital certificate with a personal number and a personal licence valid for 12 months from issue. Annual licence renewal is optional and bought separately. Volume 1 of EMS Mastery, the course's reference text, is not included and is bought separately on Amazon. Content and programme are as described on the course page at the time of purchase.
3. Prices
Level I course: €590 + VAT (€719.80 incl. VAT). Annual licence renewal: €69 + VAT (€84.18 incl. VAT). Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is charged at the rate in force (currently 22%). The valid price is the one shown in the payment link you receive.
4. How to buy and pay
You ask to enrol (on the site, by email or WhatsApp) and we send you a PayPal payment link. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds; we confirm your enrolment by email with the course access instructions. We do not accept bank transfers.
5. Course access
Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your login. We may suspend access in case of misuse, for example sharing or distributing the videos and materials.
6. Right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of the contract, without giving a reason, by writing to info@emstrainingacademy.com; we refund you through the same payment method within 14 days. As this is digital content, if you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, withdrawal is no longer possible once access starts (Art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code). Withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
7. Exam, certificate and licence
The certificate is issued to those who pass the final exam. The certificate number, name, level and issue and expiry dates can be verified on this site by anyone who knows the number. The licence expires after 12 months unless renewed. The certificate attests the training completed with EMS Training Academy; programmes are designed according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024.
8. Ownership of content
Videos, texts, images and course materials belong to Well-Tec S.a.s. or their respective authors and are licensed for personal study only. They may not be copied, recorded, published or resold.
9. Responsibility
The courses provide knowledge for delivering EMS Training sessions safely. Those who deliver sessions remain responsible for their own work, for complying with the rules of their country and for using devices according to the manufacturer's instructions.
10. Governing law and disputes
Italian law applies. For consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases, the court of Florence.
