Level I is where everyone starts, including those already working with EMS.
Whole-body EMS is training, not a machine that works in place of the person. Delivering it safely takes a grounding in physiology, parameters chosen for a reason, and a method for following the person over time. That is what we teach.
Principles and method work with any machine. We use no brands in our courses.
Every level has its reference volume: you study a book, not scattered slides.
Final exam, certificate with a personal number, 12-month licence to renew. Programmes designed according to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17024.
Founder & Head of Education
He has worked with electrical stimulation since 1997 and with whole-body EMS since 2013, the year he founded EMS Training Academy. A former international rugby player, he holds a degree in Sport Sciences (University of Pavia) and comes from athletic conditioning. He is the author of the EMS Mastery trilogy, the basis of the three certification levels.
